COVID 19 UPDATE

Due to COVID -19, we are taking strict preventive measures to keep our staff and our patients safe.

If you have any of the following symptoms:

• Fever
• Cough
• Sore throat
• Shortness of breath
• Vomits
• Diarrhea
• Have been in contact with a person diagnosed with Covid-19
• Have traveled outside the country over the last 14 days.

Please inform our staff and a phone appointment will be set up with your physician.

We are screening patients over the phone and when arriving to the clinic. As per the city of Calgary
by law you have the responsibility to wear a mask when you come to your in-person appointments. We
are limiting the number of patients in the waiting area and in consult rooms. Please come to your
appointment on time, alone if possible. If you come earlier, you may be asked to wait in the car and we
will call you once the room is ready. We appreciate your understanding.
